Helpful answers and demo videos to some common questions and scenarios.
How can myPause help me?
Each woman’s experience during this transition through menopause will be unique. No one can predict exactly what your experience will be, so the more information you have at hand about your symptoms and the possible solutions, the more in control you can be. It is somewhat a time of trial and error. Tracking your menopause symptoms and your chosen treatments' effect will make for a more effecient process.
Is it difficult to learn how to use?
Not at all. Just open up the myPause app, set up your plan and start tracking! Simply start using it and see how quickly it becomes a daily habit.
Menopause hasn’t hit me yet, but I’m curious about the information. I want to be prepared. How do I learn more?
There is a lot of information out there, it can sometimes be hard to parse through. Visit the Knowledge section in the app and you can read more about the different stages of menopause, what to expect, what the different philosophies are and what to start tracking.
I just had a hot flash and forgot a very simple word in my last meeting. I’d like to track this. How do I enter a symptom that has just occurred?
Open the myPause app and tap on the bullseye that corresponds with the severity of your hot flash, memory lapse, or other symptom. It's that simple!
I have a visit to my OB/GYN to discuss menopause for the first time tomorrow. I’m not sure what to ask her and want to make sure I get the most out of my visit. What questions can I ask her to understand her philosophy better?
You can read about the different philosophies in our Knowledge section. There is also a list of questions to ask your healthcare provider under "Your Healthcare Professional" to make sure you don't miss covering anything.
I’ve just completed one of my solutions for the day, a yoga class. How do I enter that information into myPause?
